How to access reports?

In the system, a variety of course-related and finance-related reports are available for administrators with corresponding permissions to access and export.

To access the reports, click Report on the left navigation and select the report category to view detailed reports under that category.

The following sections list the available reports in the admin portal. All listed reports can be exported as Excel files for archiving or further processing.

Assessment and graduation reports

In Report > Assessment and graduation, click the report to access in the left navigation pane.

Description

Course & module certificate report

Certificates for each learner and their detailed information are listed in Course certificate and Module certificate reports.

Course assessment result summary report

Assessment results of each course are listed, including the number as well as percentage of passed and failed learners.

Course completion report

Couse completion status and module/PDC-level completion progress of each learner is listed.

 

Course, application, and enrolment reports

In Report > Course, application, and enrolment, click the report to access in the left navigation pane.

Additional cost report

Displays additional costs of course intakes. The additional costs are calculated by the additional cost rate configured in Master data.

Applicant details report

Detailed applicant and course intake information are listed for each application.

Component & sub-component setup report

Course intakes’ component and subcomponent settings are listed to display their assessment settings.

Course timetable report

Class session timetable, venue, and trainers are listed for each course intake.

Insight report

Course intake details, application information, and the applications’ sponsorship type are listed to provide insights.

Refreshment report

Refreshment costs of each session are displayed. The refreshment costs are calculated based on the refreshment rate configured in Master data.

Register of interest report

Learners and information of courses registered as interested by the learners are listed.

 

Finance reports

In Report > Finance, click the report to access in the left navigation pane.

Accrued revenue report

Accrued revenue calculated by course intakes’ billings are calculated and listed by the selected month.

Aging report - Outstanding amount

Outstanding amount receivable in the selected month by aging analysis is listed. The report can show information of all payers, in learner/company summary, and in learner/company details.

Aging report - Outstanding without deemed paid

Outstanding amount receivable in the selected month by aging analysis is listed. The report can show information of all payers, in learner/company summary, and in learner/company details. The amount of deemed paid billings are not included.

Billing report

Information of invoices and credit notes issued to each payer are listed.

Daily grant & subsidy report

Daily grant and subsidy of learners and their claim statuses are listed.

Daily payment collection report

Daily collected payments and cancelled cheque payments are listed.

Doubtful debt report

Doubtful debts’ billing and payer details in the selected month are listed.

Fee protection scheme report

Fee protection scheme offered to each learner each month of CPE courses are listed.

Instalment report

Instalment plan details of each learner are listed.

Monthly grant & subsidy report

Grant and subsidy of learners and their claim statuses in the selected month are listed.

Monthly sales report

Each salesperson and relevant sales count and amount in the selected month are listed.

Payment transaction report

Transaction information of each payment mode is listed. The report are categorised into Summarised information, Payment mode report, and Monthly statistics.

PSEA status report

PSEA status information for the query of payment mode status of each payment collection is listed.

Revenue recognition report

Monthly accrued revenue calculated by course intake invoices generated within the selected month is displayed.

SFC status report

SFC status information for the query of payment mode status of each payment collection is listed.

 

Progression and timetabling reports

In Report > Progression and timetabling, click the report to access in the left navigation pane.

Absentee report

Absent learners and relevant course intake as well as class sessions are listed.

Attendance & session information report

Information of learner attendance and relevant class sessions are listed.

Room utilisation report

Rooms, buildings, and class sessions using them are listed. Fees can be calculated based on the rate created.

 

Visualisation report

Vitae now can integrate with OutSystems to display report charts that visualise your data on applications, enrolments, and assessments.

*Note: This requires the Enterprise Pro subscription. With this subscription, Admin’s organisation can contact MaivenPoint support to request to enable the functionality.

Go to Report page and click Visualisation report. You will be navigated to OutSystems and the available charts will be displayed.
