How to allow newly enrolled students to take an ongoing exam?

Application administrator has the option to determine whether to enable auto sync for candidates who are newly enrolled in courses.

1.   Navigate to Admin > Global settings in Examena.

2.   In the Auto sync candidates tab, click the toggle button to enable the auto sync for candidates.

3.   Click Save to save the settings.

With this feature enabled, auto sync for candidates will be triggered in the following cases:

    In Examena, adding new candidates to a course automatically adds them to all of the course’s incomplete exams upon confirmation.

    When you add participants to a course in the LMS that integrates with Examena, the corresponding learners will be automatically added to all incomplete exams of the course upon clicking the exam link in the LMS.

Alternatively, you can manually sync new candidates to incomplete exams for specific courses on the Course configuration page. For more information, refer to How to configure courses and enrol candidates?.
