In the learner portal, announcements may be published by training providers or the system. You can view the announcements with the following instructions.
Click Dashboard on the left navigation pane and announcements are listed in Announcements section of the Dashboard page. Clicks See all to view all announcements.
To view the announcement details, use the following steps:
1. Locate the announcement to view and click the announcement card.
2. In the Announcement details panel, view the announcement details. If the announcement has an attachment, you can click the attachment name to download the file to your local device.
3. Click Close.
