Invite support

Tenant owner, service admins, and service support admins can submit a request to MaivenPoint support team for guidance or troubleshooting.

Follow the steps below:

1.   Click the Invite support button on the upper-right corner next to your account.

2.   Describe the issue and provide the contact information. You can upload a diagnostic file that you think are relevant as attachment. Zip the files if you have multiple files to attach.

3.   Click Submit. A technical support representative will reach out to you as soon as possible.
