This section explains how to set up the consent forms for personal data privacy and marketing communication preferences during Vitae learner registration.
Follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Customization > Consent form. The Consent form card is only available for the tenants with Vitae product enabled.
2. In the Personal data privacy consent section, toggle the switch to enable it.
3. Click inside the Content text box and enter your organization’s privacy policy statement in the rich-text editor.
4. Under Required?, select:
•Yes – Learners must read and agree to your privacy statement to proceed with the registration.
•No – The agreement is optional.
5. Click Save to save your changes.
6. In the Marketing and communication consent section, toggle the switch to enable it.
7. Click inside the Content text box and enter the marketing and communication preference statement into the rich-text editor.
8. Under Required?, select:
•Yes – The learners must consent to proceed with the registrations.
•No – Learners can skip the consent and modify this setting in their profile after the registration.
9. Click Save to save your changes.
