Learners in an organisation can share the course to their friends via email or via Microsoft Teams.
Let’s see how to share a course with friends via email.
1. In Curricula, click Course on the navigation pane.
2. Find the course you want to share, click the More actions button on course card, and then click Share. He can also click the course card and then click the Share button on the top right corner of the Course details page.
3. In the Share course panel, enter usernames and then select the users from the suggestion list which you want to share the course with.
Alternatively, click the Address book button to select users from address book.
Select the Hide recipients’ email addresses from each other checkbox to ensure each recipient only sees their own email address when they receive the email notification.
4. In the Comments section, you can enter comments as the email body.
5. When finishing adding users and comments, click Save. An email notification about course sharing will be sent to the shared users.
Let’s see how to share a course with colleagues via Microsoft Teams.
1. In Microsoft Teams, navigate to Delphi > Curricula tab to click the Navigation pane button and then click Course.
2. Find the course you want to share, click the More actions button on course card, and then click Share via Teams. You can also click the course card and then click the Share button on the top right corner of the Course details page.
3. In the Share window, select to share the course with staff or learners and click Share.
4. In a new Share window, enter the names of specific users, groups or channels to add shared users, enter comments in the Say something about this section, and then click Share.
5. You can click View on the pop-up window to view your course sharing message. If you click Done on the pop-up window, you can view the course sharing message in the Teams dialog box with the shared user later.
