Course admins in an organisation received a course package from MaivenPoint and would like to import the course package to Curricula. Now let’s see how to import a course package in Curricula.
Course admins want to export the course materials of several courses to a package. Let’s see how to export course materials.
1. In Curricula, click Admin on the left navigation pane, and then click Course configuration.
2. Select the courses that you want to export.
3. Click Export and then select Export course materials.
4. In the Export course materials window, click OK.
5. Click the job monitor icon in the upper-right corner to view the export process.
6. When the export job status is updated to Successful, select the job, and then click Download. The course package will be downloaded to the local device.
1. In Curricula, click Admin on the left navigation pane, and then click Course configurations.
2. Click Create course and then select Import course materials.
3. In the Import course materials window, browse all course packages from the local device, one by one, and click OK to import them.
4. In the Import course materials panel, fill in the course information, and click Import and release course.
*Note: Click Import to release the course later.
5. Click the job monitor icon in the upper-right corner to view the import process.
*Note: If the import job status is Finished with exception, click View details, and then follow the instructions to finish course configurations.
