Curricula can integrate with Combined Knowledge to provide Combined Knowledge courses. Let’s see how to integrate with Combined Knowledge.
To begin with, the application admin needs to contact the MaivenPoint representative to turn on the Combined Knowledge integration switch for the Curricula tenant in the MaivenPoint Operation Portal (MOP).
After Combined Knowledge integration has been enabled for the Curricula tenant, the application admin needs to turn on the Combined Knowledge switch in MaivenPoint Online Services.
1. In MaivenPoint Online Services, click Settings on the left navigation pane, and then click Content library.
2. Turn on the Combined Knowledge switch.
*Note: The tenant owner or service admin of MaivenPoint Online Services has the permission to turn on/off the Combined Knowledge switch. If the application admin has no permissions for this operation, contact the tenant owner or service admin for assistance.
3. In the Terms and Conditions panel, click Enable.
All Combined Knowledge courses are displayed as third-party courses in Curricula. Click Admin on the left navigation pane, and then click Course configuration. Switch to the Third-party tab to find all Combined Knowledge courses. Combined Knowledge courses are active and released, with all learning objects published.
