To create reports to show course popularity and learner engagement, which would provide insights into decision-making, complete the following steps.
1. In Curricula, click Report on the left navigation panel.
2. There are several built-in dashboard reports. Locates the report needs to be customised, and then click the Edit button. After making updates, preview the report before submitting changes.
3. To create a new report, click Add widget. Define a widget name, select the datasets and a chart type, and then submit the report.
4. After creating reports, you want to organise these reports to have the most important ones displayed at top, and you also want to group the related reports together so that viewers can easily compare them to analyse the trend. Click Edit layout, and drags and drops each report to change its location.
If a report is no longer used, click the Remove button to remove the report.
5. The dashboard report data is automatically updated. You can find the last updated time of the dashboard report data, and you can refresh the page to see if there are new data.
The table below lists the datasets that application admins can use when creating a report. Please note that the report might not be created if some datasets don’t make sense when combined.
