Application admins in a training organisation can create a programme to specify the user scopes for programme admins, staff, and learners. Therefore, programme admins in the scope can create and manage courses, staff in the scope can be assigned to the courses in the programme, and learners in the scope can be enrolled to the courses in the programme.
Refer to the instructions below to see how to create a programme to specify the user scopes.
1. In Curricula, click Admin on the left navigation pane, and then click Programme configuration.
2. Click Create programme.
3. In the Create programme panel, specify the scope for programme admins, staff, and learners.
4. When finishing the configurations for the programme, click Save.
