To assign the IT colleagues as the instructor to help learners and staff who are facing problems on their trainings, as well as collect feedback for Curricula, follow the instructions below.
1. In Curricula, click Admin on the left navigation pane, and then click Global settings.
2. In the Internal support tab, choose to enable internal support for staff, learners, or both.
• Enable internal support for staff – Select this option to allow staff to contact support.
• Enable internal support for learners – Select this option allow learners to contact support.
3. Enter the names of specific users to assign the users as the email recipients. You can also select users from the address book.
4. When finishing the assignment, click Save.
If you want to check the configuration, click the contact support icon in the upper-right corner. The email app will be automatically started with a new email and the recipients will be automatically filled in.
